RETURN & EXCHANGE
1. Can I exchange or return the product after receiving it ?
Once items are purchased through us, they are non-returnable or non-exchangeable. However, this can be considered only on a case by case basis, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
* Please note we do not refund goods on SALES, these are final sales items and can't be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. This includes SAMPLE SALES as well as FLASH SALES goods.
SAMPLE SALE goods are bound to have faults, including stains, size discrepancies, etc. When purchasing from the SAMPLE SALE the customer is aware that the goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. What is DC’s return policy ?
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the defect, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number within 7 days of receipt and we will get back to you.
The defective/incorrect products must be returned to us at your own cost in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. You must provide proof of postage like tracking number and our address indicated on the returned parcel. We will deliver the replaced product to you, at our own cost, within 7 days of receipt of the defective/incorrect products provided that they have not been worn, altered or washed and all returned products must be in their original state and condition with all tags attached.
If the product ordered is not available for exchange, you will receive a credit for the price of the product which you may use in your next order with us. Please note that we do not offer cash refund under any circumstances.
