1. How do I place an order ?
- Select the items that you would like to purchase, click 'add to cart'
- Prior to confirming your order, kindly carefully review the quantity, size, color and the total amount within you cart.
- Fill in your billing details (email, phone number, name and shipping address) on the check out page.
- Complete the order via FPX / E-Wallet / ATM - Direct Bank Transfer.
- If you pay by ATM - Direct Bank Transfer, once payment has been made, kindly please attach your Bank-in Slip within 2 days by following the steps below:
1. Click on My Account
2. Click on your Order Number
3. Click on Attachment (Right Side Corner)
4. Attach with your Bank-in-Slip > Upload!
That's it! We will then proceed to prepare for shipment :)
You should receive an email containing your order number & tracking ID once you've complete the order.

2. Is it possible if I wish to cancel my order ?
- Strictly no cancellation once order placed.
3. How long will it takes to receive my order ?
- READY STOCK
Orders will be processed and shipped out to the shipping address within 72 hours upon receiving the full payment.
Orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered.
If order contains both ready stock and backorder items, we will send out together after backorder arrives.
Parcels will usually arrive in 1 - 3 working days (West Malaysia), 3 - 5 days (East Malaysia), 5 - 18 working days for other regions (barring any unforeseen circumstances).
4. If I make an order now and wish to get my order tomorrow, is that possible ?
It is not possible. However, we are only able to arrange for COD within Ipoh, specific area as follow:
- DC office
Please do opt for Pickup option upon check out if you would like to arrange for COD.
