PAYMENT & REFUND
1. How can I make payment for my order and what are the payment types?
You are able to complete the order via FPX - Online Banking. Payment can also be made via ATM - Direct Bank Transfer to our bank account: Degree Celsius Enterprise — 3816713417 (PUBLIC BANK).
If you pay by ATM - Direct Bank Transfer, once payment has been made, kindly please attach your Bank-in Slip within 2 days by following the steps below:
1. Click on My Account
2. Click on your Order Number
3. Click on Attachment (Right Side Corner)
4. Attach with your Bank-in-Slip > Upload!
That's it! We will then proceed to prepare for shipment :)
You should receive an email containing your order number & tracking ID once you've complete the order.
2. What will happen to unpaid orders?
Any unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 3 days without prior notice given.
3. Does DC provide refund services?
We do not offer cash refund. We only provide refund under certain circumstances which is applicable (Eg: return / exchange cases). Should there be any refund, it will be made in only store credits points form which is applicable anytime and only one-time usage upon checking out your cart, with no expiration date.
